Job Title: Business Manager (Account)
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
School Fees Function:
- Prepare School Bills for All Students
- Update Students’ Records
- Prepare Billing Summary
- Receive bank tellers and raise receipt via the cash receipt journal
- Update cash receipt journal
- Prepare a report of fees and extract the outstanding fees
- Prepare termly school fees reconciliation
Students’ Population Statistics:
- Prepares weekly report of students’ population
- Update students’ class list
Treasury Function:
- Petty cash reimbursement function.
- Bank imprest reimbursement function
- Bank reconciliation function
- Prepare of cash flow statement.
- Maintenance of School Bank Account and supporting ledgers
Others:
- Involved in the school day-to-day running expense decisions
- Work with the Head of School to prepare the budget
- Prepare the school’s financial statements.
- Maintain Fixed Assets register
- Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller and the Head of School
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in either Accounting, Economics, Business Administration.
- ICAN qualification is an added advantage
- Previous experience in similar position in a School is an added advantage.
- Candidates must live within/around the location (Agbara).
