Job Description

•  As a Communications Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging our audience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and execution of social media content calendars: You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content calendars across multiple social media platforms. Your creativity and strategic approach will help drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in using Zapier to automate work processes: Your expertise in Zapier will allow us to streamline our workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and increase overall efficiency in our communication strategies.
• Excellent use of Mailchimp for email campaigns and marketing: You will be responsible for managing our email campaigns using Mailchimp. Your ability to craft compelling messages and segment our audience effectively will drive engagement and generate leads.
• Blog and content writing: You will contribute to our content marketing efforts by creating informative and engaging blog articles. Your exceptional writing skills will help us establish thought leadership and effectively communicate with our target audience.
• Proficiency in using Hubspot: Your proficiency in Hubspot will enable us to effectively manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system, track leads, and optimize our marketing efforts.
• Excellent communicator on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook: You will be our voice on various social media platforms, engaging with our audience, responding to inquiries, and managing our online reputation. Your excellent communication skills will help us build strong connections with our followers.
• Excellent use of TikTok for content marketing: You will explore the potential of TikTok as a content marketing platform, creating captivating videos that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness.

Requirements

• A Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in creating and executing social media content calendars.
• Proficiency in using Zapier to automate work processes.
• Strong knowledge of Mailchimp for email campaigns and marketing.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on blog and content writing.
• Proficiency in using Hubspot for CRM and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication skills on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Familiarity with TikTok for content marketing is a plus.
