Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose
- The purpose of this role is to facilitate the execution of best practice financial processes management within the Organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all financial management across the business operation.
- Provide financial analysis to the management to inform business decision making and develop financial models around business propositions.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
- Develop and improve secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
- Consult board members about funding options and recommend cost-reducing solutions.
- Review and advise the Management on budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization’s policies and procedures.
- Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
- Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
- Corporate with Management with regards to Health & Safety Welfare.
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or Social Science or any related discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
- Professional certification like ICN, CPA is a must.
