Requirements

• Expertise in ICT: Strong knowledge and proficiency in various aspects of ICT, including computer systems, networking, software applications, and digital literacy.
• Robotics and Coding Knowledge: In-depth understanding of robotics principles, programming languages, and coding concepts. Experience with platforms and languages commonly used in robotics and coding education, such as Arduino, Python, Scratch, or LEGO Mindstorms, is valuable.
• Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or facilitating technology-related subjects, preferably in an educational setting. Familiarity with instructional strategies and classroom management techniques is important.
• Curriculum Development: Ability to develop or contribute to the development of a comprehensive ICT curriculum, integrating robotics and coding elements. This involves designing lesson plans, projects, and assessments aligned with educational standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and engage students. Collaboration skills are important for working with other teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to integrate ICT into interdisciplinary projects or activities.
• Problem-Solving and Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster creativity and innovation among students. Encouraging critical thinking and applying robotics and coding concepts to real-world challenges is important.
• Classroom Management: Effective classroom management skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring student safety and discipline.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students to explore and excel in the field of ICT, robotics, and coding.
