1.) Store Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are looking for a young, brilliant, and enthusiastic individual who would support the store leader in the daily running of our store operations.
Responsibilities
- Open and close store on time.
- Opening shift for drivers and pickers and ensuring that system and telephones are working.
- Checking motorcycle conditions, documents, and maintenance on time.
- Ensure that all drivers and pickers wear the uniform in good condition.
- Ensure that pickers and drivers execute their work efficiently and on time.
- Ensure no delays in picking, dispatch, and delivery.
- Assist as picker, despatcher, Admin at peak times to ensure quick delivery.
- Advise any customer queries to call center and store Operations Leader immediately.
- Ensure and customer query received by the controller is resolved.
- Focus on an excellent and quick customer experience always.
- Confirm that all products are in 100% condition.
- Confirm that expiry dates are up to date
- Ensure all payments done by customers are accounted for.
- Control and advise any differences.
- Be of service and help to our customers 100% without fail and without counting the cost.
- Keep store manager informed of any issues, problems, complaints, compliments, accidents etc.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience working in a retail store
- Must be wiling to learn
- Must have good communication and leadership skills
- Should live around Surulere or environs.
2.) Admin Clerk
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description
- Receiving products physically from vendors as well as ensuring invoices and purchase order corresponds with the physical goods.
- Ensuring product quality checks are done on products while receiving
- Implement inter-store product transfers as directed by the commercial or line manager.
- Monitor and Report close to expiry products both on the database and physically in the warehouse.
- Daily inspect product quality in the warehouse.
- Inbounding all products received physically into the inventory database.
- Carry out proper shelf labeling and product arrangement in the warehouse.
- Conduct daily, weekly monthly stock counts and submit reports to line managers.
- Reconcile variances on stock count reports with accounts, commercial and operations.
- Manage and reduce product losses in the warehouse via product handling, expiry, and accurate inbounding on the database
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc.
- At least 2 years of previous work experience working in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use SAP
- Good knowledge and usage of Excel
- Must reside around Lekki or environs

3.) Order Picker
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Description
- We are looking for an energetic Order Picker to ensure the accurate and timely collection of products.
- An order picker must be always on time and able to work long hours on their feet.
- They are strong and deft with an ability to “pick up” on small details.
- We also expect you to be “picky” when it comes to ensuring the quality of orders.
Responsibilities
- Check and receives incoming orders on the Mano app
- Locate products on the shelves swiftly using the Mano app
- Ensure products are clean and not damaged or expired
- Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc. ensuring accuracy
- Assist with shelving of received stocks from suppliers
- Receive orders immediately on the phone via the Mano app and pick up items within 3 minutes
- Arrange the picked products neatly in bags and pass to the supervisor for dispatch
Requirements
- National Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Proven experience as an order picker or other warehouse position
- Diligent and punctual
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management
