Job Description
- Answer product questions with up-to-date knowledge of sales and store promotions.

- “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods
- Greet guests, communicates offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner
Requirements
- Graduates with a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
- Between 21-30yrs
- Must reside around the Victoria Island or its environs.

2.) Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Oversee the entire operations of the Recruitment and Outsourcing Unit.
- Develop and Implement strategies for effective resourcing that will ensure that Company’s clients have the required skills to meet current and future needs.
- Ensure that all processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
- Prepare and control the quality of job advert draft (externally/internally).
- Plan and organize recruitment campaigns (online/offline) and set up talent data base and recruitment channel system.
- Sourcing and engaging with candidates locally and globally on a proactive, external succession pipeline basis.
- Continually provide top-class talent as outsourced staff to Company’s clients.
- Facilitate the onboarding and seamless integration of new staff into the system.
- Established selection criteria/requirements for the vacant positions for all positions of the Company’s clients.
- Adopt a direct resourcing approach (Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals and Headhunting) towards the recruitment process ensuring a cost-effective and quality-driven approach to candidate attraction.
- Manage all Value Added Services for all accounts as well as the Management strategy for the year.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for Quality, management, Health & Safety, Legal Requirements, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Plan team members’ performance appraisal monthly and quarterly, develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
- Payroll Administration for all Outsourced staff: assume ownership of managed accounts and ensure all outsourced staff salaries and benefits are paid on time and in line with agreements with clients.
- Ensure you develop a strategy that will ensure the growth of Existing Outsourcing accounts by 50% each Quarter.
- Ensure to liaise with all the Outsource clients on a periodic basis to ensure business retention and growth.
- Provide HR advisory to your team members and clients when required.
- Actively support account managers with interviews and selection process for clients.
- Provide weekly and Monthly Reports of Activities of the Department to Management.
- Continuously develop a database for all job roles available in outsourcing and recruitment Projects.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 monthly.
