We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer / Credit Officer

Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Daily mobilization of deposits and canvas for deposit retention.
• Collect cash from customers and render returns to the cashier.
• Open new accounts (at least 4 accounts per day).
• Monitor customer’s daily activities.
• Train customers to change their economic lifestyle.
• Implement daily customer visitation plans.
• Receive loan applications.
• Schedule loan appraisal visits and prepare appraisals.
• Conduct customer’s creditworthiness assessment through careful inspection of the viability of his products, services, sales, purchases, and cash flow.
• Prepare list of selected loan applicants and recommend those with potential to the Team Leader.
• Facilitate individual and group loans.
• Test the cohesiveness of group loan applicants.
• Communicate loan approval to customers.
• Collect cash for loan repayment and remit to the cash office.
• Monitor compliance with loan repayment terms.
• Deliver loan targets and prevent delinquent loans.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
