Job Description
- Checked and arranged docket for production.
- Make daily kitchen requisitions.
- Opening & closing stock reporting
- Daily / weekly Production plan and implementation
- Properly sets up kitchen for service.
- Knows equipment, utensils, plates etc all needed for service.
- Properly communicates with the kitchen team.
- Maintains expected quality and speed of service during rush.
- Restock kitchen for next shift.
- Monitors staff adherence to the SOPs.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production.
- Properly demonstrates how to prepare all recipes.
