- To lead a team of medical devices professional and generating business of Installation, Service & Application of Diagnostic Equipment in Pathology, Radiology and Critical Care Centres.

- The Business Manager will be responsible to promote and sell WWCVL Principal Diagnostics / Medical Devices solutions and services within Nigeria.
- Speak with key stakeholder at all levels in Diagnostic Centres, Clinics, Private & Government Hospitals, Teaching Institutes and build relationships and position our offerings.
- Building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning. Coordinate internally with SM team on demand forecasting, order planning & inventory management.
- Engaging in new product introduction & demonstration, communicating pricing and promotion in line with company guidelines.
- Maintaining Product knowledge.
- Participation in conferences / industry participation and conduct roadshows to increase awareness of WWCVL Diagnostics offerings.
- Coordinate & aligning internally on plans and priorities with Principal business plan / expectations at all time.
- Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention
- Preparing regular reports and participating in regular meetings to review performance.
- Travel extensively within Nigeria to meet sales objectives.
- Increase installation & customer base & work with appliances & services team of Diagnostics to provide Seamless experience to customers.
Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in Business or Technical Engineering. MBA a plus.
- Strong Technical aptitude beneficial
- Must be able to read and understand medical & technical prints.
Experience required:
- Overall experience of 10 year of which 5+ years’ experience in medical devices sales handling a large team
