Job Brief

• We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to actively promote and sell our products to both existing and new customers.
• The primary goal of this role is to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and engage with potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Manage the accounts of customers within your assigned territory, maintaining regular communication and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sales, delivery and payment for every transaction to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain relationships, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
• Monitor stock levels, sales rates, and anticipate low stock situations. Notify customers to place orders when stock levels are low.
• Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, features, and pricing to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports to your line manager or supervisor, sharing setbacks, feedback, obstacles faced, and progress made during outings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
