Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Helpdesk Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills
- Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
- Act as support for the Technical Manager for the exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
- Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
- Responsible for monitoring the follow-up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
- Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
