Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Helpdesk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills
  • Coordination of helpdesk and operations department activities.
  • Act as support for the Technical Manager for the exchange of emails, letters, reports e.t.c
  • Responsible for the administrative responsibilities in the Operations department
  • Responsible for monitoring the follow-up and feedback system of the Operations Department.
  • Timely dissemination of information to the clients and contractors at the appropriate time.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
