Job Description
- The Human Resources Officer plays a vital role in supporting the overall HR functions of the organization. This position involves assisting in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruitment and Onboarding of staff
- Payroll management
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Ensure the safety of staff.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
