We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Consultant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of other staff members
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients by establishing a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and issues
  • Provide day-to-day management by serving as a liaison among clients, staff, and vendors
  • Develop client-focused recommendations to achieve targeted goals
  • Drafting proposals and pursuing business opportunities across sectors
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Founder/CEO.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in relevant fields. (Masters/MBA will be an added advantage)
  • Background in Communication and/or Public Relations is added advantage
  • 7-10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years proven experience in similar role
  • A fellowship of a relevant chartered professional body
  • Must have strong leadership qualities.
  • Must be a team player, an achiever, innovative, and analytical,
  • Good in spoken and written English language.
  • The candidates must have very high personal ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer is a must.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
