Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and trade shows.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media channels.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging marketing trends to stay competitive.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
