Job Title: Officer / Technical Buyer
Location: Lagos

About the Job
The ideal candidate will:
- Processing, issuance of LPOs and delivery schedule
- Initiate the process of tenders & bids for long term orders.
- Carry out market survey
- Support Supplier identification, development, and categorization
- Receipt and processing of RFQ/RFP
- Ensure materials’ purchase from manufacturer or OEM representative
- Maintain an activity monitoring schedule that captures the documentation, shipping, clearing processes vs the agreed
- Management of Invoices and SOA submission
- Carry out any other assigned tasks
Education & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / OND in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum of two years experience in related field
- Good knowledge of importation process
- Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must be familiar with foreign importation and documentation
- Market Intelligence.
