Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Enugu & Imo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
- Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.
- Ensure monthly targets for the team is met and exceeded.
- Make sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Real Estate or Insurance sector.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above-mentioned sectors.
