Job Title: Secretary
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description (subject to modifications)
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Draft, type and vet official documents when required
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings when required on behalf of the principal.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and all.
- Write emails, memos and letters on behalf of the principal
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems when required
- Manage database entry and client files
- Order and maintain supplies
- Document financial information when required
- Organize and distribute messages
- Make and confirm travel arrangements
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with presentations and reports
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2+ years relevant work experience.
Salary
N40,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
