Job Summary
- As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to international leads.
- Your goal is to introduce our services, secure appointments with our Sales Director, and contribute to our business expansion.
- You’ll leverage data insights for efficient and targeted engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international leads to introduce our services and secure appointments with our Sales Director.
- Utilize data insights to identify and prioritize potential clients for outreach, ensuring efficient and targeted engagement.
- Engage with clients in a professional and persuasive manner to articulate the value proposition of The Dexterity Group’s offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including midnight shifts, to accommodate clients in different time zones and optimize appointment-setting opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance targets. A commission structure is in place based on targets met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight shifts, to reach international clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
