Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate shall be the very first pont of contact to our walk-in or Mobile customers.She will be required to provide a first class customer sevice experience on all issues relating to the company and our Metering Subsidiary.

Job Description

  • Ensure maintenance of proper office protocol in receiving visitors.
  • Provide effective reception management with first class customer service at all times.
  • Ensure prompt payment of all utility bills at all the company locations to avert service failure.
  • Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits on behalf of the company.
  • Handle all incoming calls and mails and route them appropriately.
  • Selling of cards to generate token for electricity via POS.
  • Sending of payment advice to customers for payment
  • Resolving of all customers complains on the meters installed
  • Maintain good office ambience of company’s location while overseeing the activities of cleaners and security guards.
  • Keeping records of Walk in guest, customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide clear and direct communication to all support staff such as cleaners and security guards on performance expectations, productivity and accountability for optimal performance.
  • Provide office consumables (stationeries, toiletries and water) for office use. And ensure availability of these items at all times.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess OND / HND qualifications with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abiities

  • She must be soft spoken and well mannered
  • She must have good promisity to Ikoyi-Victoria ,Island
  • She must be familair with Microsoft office suites
  • Candidates with educational background relating to secretareial or adminstrative fucntions shall be preferred.
