Job Title: IT Sales Associate
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Conducts quick market assessments to identify potential clients.
- Gathers customer feedback and advise customers on their purchasing decisions
- Articulate the technical features and functionalities of our services
- Assist in developing an effective sales strategy for the market
- Set and complete monthly sales targets
- Research and identify market opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients, and communicate product costs
- Present and negotiate service renewal contracts and terms
- Gather feedback from customers and provide after-sales support when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Working knowledge of IT industry, terminology, products, and services
- Ability to learn the use of online learning platform and explain how such system works
- Strong internet navigation and communication skills
- A team player, as well as the ability to work independently.
Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
