1.) Accountant

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Accountants to join our team at 3 MAT Supermarket.
• As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• You will work closely with the finance team and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

 

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during the audit process.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications (particularly Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of taxation principles and regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

• As a Shop Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting various operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Customer Assistance:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.
• Maintain a helpful and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Arrange products neatly on shelves and displays.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking and conducting regular stock checks.

Cash Handling:

• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.

Description 

• We are currently seeking experienced and responsible Drivers to join our team at 3MAT Supermarkets.
• As a Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods to and from various locations.
• You will be responsible for maintaining the delivery schedule, ensuring vehicle safety, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities
Safe Transportation:

• Operate company vehicles (such as delivery trucks or vans) in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Safely load and unload goods, securing them to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery and Pick-Up:

• Deliver products to designated locations, following established routes and schedules.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork, including receipts and signatures.
• Pick up items, returns, or orders as required.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained.

Customer Service:

• Interact with customers professionally and courteously during deliveries.
• Provide assistance with unloading and placement of goods, if required.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.

Logistics Support:
