1.) Digital Marketer

Summary

  • We are looking for a Digital Analyst to support our team. You will be responsible for driving awareness of a company’s products via digital channels such as online advertising, website and social media. Tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance.

Responsibilities

 

  • Developing and executing the organisation’s annual digital marketing plan, including SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display/Re-targeting
  • Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organisation’s overarching marketing strategy
  • Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation’s online brand
  • Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organisation’s website, including SEO.
  • Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the organisation
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Moderating and creating content for all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
  • Managing the digital marketing budget, including allocating budgets across different channels and platforms
  • Producing regular digital dashboards and reporting progress against set KPIs

Requirements 

  • First Degree in Marketing or a related field.

2.) Business Development / Partnership Executive

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing new businesses. Increase the Company’s revenue with the existing Partners.
  • Ensure excellent customer and partners’ experience and satisfaction thereby increasing the Company’s revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients’ information.
  • Prepare sales contracts by following company rules and guidelines on contracts.
  • Attend networking events to develop new businesses.
  • Research the market and industry trends and provide the management with information that aids decision-making.
  • Manage the Company’s Partner and foreign markets and ensure they meet their targets.

Job Location: Lagos

Summary

  • Responsible for keeping the financial records of incoming and outgoing payments for the Company; arranging payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and researching financial account activity, among other duties.

Responsibilities

  • Research financial variances and analyze financial data
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial statements
  • Develop budgets and compare actual costs to estimated costs Liaise with external auditors on tax-related matters.

  • Confirmation of Payment and Order.
  • Attend to Bank and other correspondence on a weekly basis.
  • Weekly Update of Dispatch and Shippers Report.
  • Monthly payment of mobilization and staff salaries, Pension and Payee and all Consulting Agencies.
  • Monthly preparation of Company statement of financial position and Profit Or Loss Account.
  • Weekly reconciliation of retirement and petty cash.
  • Weekly sales comparison and weekly expense comparison report.
  • Weekly review of staff attendance.
  • Monthly Stock Reconciliation for all locations and Stock-list reminder mail Monthly CUG approval and payment.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in Accounting.
