Job Title: Call Center Agent

Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Call center agent will be responsible for managing customer complaints.
• Identifying customer’s need and proffering solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships and engaging customers.
• Other responsibilities as requested by management.
• Candidate must be resident within Amuwo axis.

Remuneration
N76,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
