Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team.
- As the Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our products and services.
- You will utilize your strong sales and networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales. Your goal will be to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential clients in the market
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, client acquisition progress, and revenue forecasts for management.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with clients’ requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably female for gender balance
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Proven work experience as a Client Acquisition Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Solid understanding of market research, lead generation techniques, and sales methodologies.
