Responsibilities
- Building a diverse tech community and its programs to attract aspiring technologists.
- Leading the community and managing the brand to engage and attract new members.
- Creating strategies and metrics for the community’s long-term success.
- Helping track learner progress and selection effectiveness.
- Managing the budget for community engagement, advertising, and events.
Requirements
- 3 – 4 years of relevant management experience, along with demonstrable leadership abilities.
- Ability to use technology to create scalable teams, projects, and systems without compromising quality.
- In-depth knowledge of the developer ecosystem (Preferred)
- A self-motivated and driven personality with the ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision.
Remuneration
N700,000 Monthly.
