We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting and welcoming also directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 1 year work experience is required
- Strong phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment
