Job Title: Odoo ERP Administrator

Location: G.R.A Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Administrator with a strong background in accounting to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Odoo System Administration:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain the Odoo ERP system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all modules, including but not limited to accounting, inventory, sales, and HR.

Accounting Integration:

  • Work closely with the accounting team to integrate and optimize Odoo for accounting processes.
  • Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices for accounting within the Odoo framework.

User Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules, with a focus on the accounting functionalities.
  • Offer ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system utilization.

Customization and Development:

  • Collaborate with developers to customize and enhance Odoo functionalities as needed.
  • Stay updated on Odoo developments and recommend system improvements.

Data Management:

  • Oversee data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Odoo system.
  • Implement data security measures and backup protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Administrator with a focus on accounting modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 / month.
