Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection of excellent employees
- Payroll management
- Preparation of clear and concise reports
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process
- Training, counseling, and coaching of employees
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and compensation evaluation and review
- Policy implementation and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years or more experience on the role.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal communication
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law.
- Thorough attention to details.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month
