Job Title: Officer, Lubes Sales
Locations: Enugu, Kano & Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Objective
- To develop the Lubes sales channels through the implementation of an effective marketing plan and strategy, and also to render technical support services to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new lubricant customers across all company sales channels.
- Liaise with, and manage new and existing lubricant customers.
- TAR Management – Ensure timely reconciliation of customer’s account
- Ensure retention of existing customers through monthly lubricant performance reviews.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and consumer preferences with a view to deploying strategic marketing activities that will enhance the brand and improve lubricant market share.
- Identify new market/channel opportunities in your region and develop initiatives to extract value.
- Deploy and monitor sales and marketing strategy across all channels.
- Carry out quarterly product quality checks and bulk oil recertification at retail outlets and B2B customer locations.
- Support the Lubes Sales Managers in planning/budgeting decisions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Eng Degrees with 3 – 10 years relevant work experience.
