Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative assistant with a basic background in digital marketing, basic knowledge on graphic design to oversee our administrative operations and support our digital marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities and equipment, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
Content Development and Management:
- Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, and other content creators to produce multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
Website Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of company websites to ensure a seamless user experience and improve search engine rankings.
- Update website content regularly, including product/service information, blog articles, and multimedia content.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve website visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND / OND
- Proven experience in administrative work, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary
N200,000 / month.
