Job Title: Business Development Manager – Connectivity Solutions

Position Overview

  • As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our connectivity solutions across diverse industries including banking, fishing, mining, education, NGOs, and government.
  • We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of achieving targets and experience in recruiting and managing agents nationwide to support ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote our connectivity solutions to new enterprise segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within banking, fishing, mining, education, NGOs, and government sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, agent activity, and market insights to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a nationwide network of agents to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies, preferably in a similar role.
  • Self-organised and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving success.
  • Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Colourful personality, confidence, and self-organisation are highly valued traits.
  • Experience recruiting and managing agents nationwide is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
