Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To make all executive decisions with regard to the technological interests of a company.
• Responsible for outlining the company’s technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company’s business needs.
• Have deep knowledge of Telecom/TCT original equipment manufacturer (OEM) (Ericson, Huawei, ZTE, Nokia, Motorola and etc) equipment, operations and environment
• Have a deeper knowledge of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) – MTN, Airtel, 9mobile, Glo and etc, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) – MainOne, FiberOne, eSTreem, VDT, etc environments, processes and policies
• Must have previously worked in any of the MNOs or ISPs in the country (added advantage)
• Must have Hands-on experience and experience in Telecommunications / ICT solutions
• Skilled in IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, IT Service Management and Network Security, Business Process framework – enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) / ITIL
• Have a deep knowledge of both Telecommunications/ICT Active and Passive Infrastructures
• Strong experience of Project Management with evidences
• Have deep understanding of GSM (2G, 3G, 4G & 5G), Radio Access Network (RAN), Base Station Subsystem (BSS), Network switching subsystem (NSS) etc.
• Team Building and People Management
• Deep Knowledge of Network Transmission (Microwave, Satellite, & Fiber), IP/MPLS Networks, and Servers and Application ((IBM, Sun & HP)
• Strong Experience in Business Support Systems (BSS), Network Management Systems, Trouble Ticketing Management, Operational Support Systems, Mobile Value Added Services, Customer Interaction, Control & Routing Automation, and
• Revenue Management.
• Responsible for Contract negotiation, Strategic Sourcing of Managed Service Operations and Participate in the improvement of sales and marketing concept.
