Job Description
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the energy market, including trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to deliver confident writing at multiple levels of sophistication.
- Monitor and report on key indicators affecting the energy sector, both locally and globally.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Energy industry to deliver confident writing at multiple levels of sophistication.
- Stay abreast of developments in the energy industry, including technological advancements, policy changes, and market dynamics.
- Provide regular updates on relevant news and events impacting the energy sector.
- Contribute energy-related content to support Nairametrics’ editorial initiatives.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Journalism, Energy Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in energy analysis or a related role in a media-related industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the Nigerian energy market and regulatory landscape.
