Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our executive team.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executives.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executives.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues before they arise.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the executive office.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
