Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facility Group Lead to join our team. As the Facility Group Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities.
- You will manage a team of facility technicians and coordinate their efforts to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall management and maintenance of facilities within the organization.
- Lead and coordinate facility-related projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Supervise and guide a team of facility staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and challenges.
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Facility Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in facility management or project management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of principles and practices of project management.
- Profound understanding of project management methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Extensive experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operation.
- Prior supervisory experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
