We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk and Admin Officer
Location: Ikota Complex – VGC Lekki, Lagos
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Greet Visitors and clients in a Professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors , clients and staff as needed.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and contact lists.
Qualification and Experience
- HND / B.Sc in Business Admin or any Social Science.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Should stay in close proximity to the Ikota complex. VGC Lekki, Lagos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills .
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Should be a female.
Salary Range
N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
