Job Title: Marketing and Corporate Sales Executive
Location: Lekk Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Conditions: Monday – Saturday (8:00AM – 6:00PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the corporate client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products/services to corporate clients.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials tailored to the corporate sector.
- Set and achieve sales targets for corporate sales revenue and market share.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to meet corporate clients’ needs effectively.
- Coordinate with sales team members to align efforts and achieve overall sales objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Ability to relocate
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving corporate sales growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
