Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for Wazobia Technologies and its associated brands – Hivedeck and Layerlines Academy.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster engagement across various platforms.
- This role involves managing social media presence, content creation, client acquisition for Hivedeck, and overseeing CRM initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Wazobia Technologies, Hivedeck, and Layerlines Academy.
- Manage social media accounts for all brands, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Create compelling content for social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to attract clients to use Hivedeck, the company’s flagship product.
- Implement CRM strategies to manage customer relationships and drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools and metrics to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with website development and design is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and cultural landscape is preferred
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
