Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Previous experience in the IT industry and familiarity with the international market will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Identify client needs and objectives to tailor sales strategies and solutions accordingly.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective networking and outreach efforts.
- Deal Closing: Personally, handle high-level negotiations and closing of sales deals. Ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts and agreements.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the American/international market and familiarity with sales strategies in diverse geographical regions.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
