Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Guide guests to their seats and provide information about the venue.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized seating area.
- Assist with crowd control and ensure a safe environment.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
