Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on account status and sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and enhance industry knowledge.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and track sales metrics to achieve revenue targets.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • proficient in QuickBook, Enterprise and other accounting software
  • Age bracket: 35-40 years old.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
