We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Agency Manager

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Description

• Oversees operations at individual branches of an insurance company or another type of agency.
• Their duties are to assess the effectiveness of employees and implement key performance goals, such as increased sales, better customer service, or the introduction of new products.
• Supervises and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and.regulation are adhered
• Oversee daily operations of the insurance agency, ensuring efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction and service is met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship by providing excellentcustomer service.
• Identify performance improvement areas and provide recommendations.
• Provides insights and strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry, focusing on Insurance, with particular strength in Risk management
• Manage, supervise and lead the subordinate team to perform all insurance
• Implement company sales / training / MKT programs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
