Job Title: Baker

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of products and possess a creative flair for developing new recipes.
- As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing doughs, mixing ingredients, shaping, proofing, and baking bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- You will also ensure the quality and consistency of products while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce optimal results.
- Decorate and present finished products.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
- Creativity and the ability to develop new recipes.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Remuneration
- Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
- Accommodation: We understand that relocation may be necessary for some candidates. Accommodation options are available for eligible candidates who require it.
