A newly established Lubricant Blending Company dully incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 at the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria to offer Production and Sales of Lubricant products is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head – Lubes Sales (Resellers)

Location: Nationwide

Requirements

  • BSc in Science, Technology, or Engineering; relevant post-graduate degree will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 9 years’ relevant experience in Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in an oil company.
  • Experience selling in a high-activity sales environment.
  • Good knowledge of retail dynamics will be important.
  • Leading the growth of Lubricants in the Region, managing personnel and resources under your territory. Responsible for the P&L of the region.
  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving Budgets.
  • Good Leadership Ability.
  • Winning Instinct & Drive.
  • Good at Planning & Organizing.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-solving abilities.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Good technical know-how on lubricants and other petroleum products.
  • Industry Knowledge.
  • Conceptually strong framework of mind.
  • Good Communication skills & Good Leadership Ability.
  • Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office Package.
