We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Assist the First Line managers with the management of the inventory.
- Responsible for the weekly cycle counting / Perpetual Inventory counts as stipulated by the FLM
- Resolve all stock discrepancies.
- Assist in Client Stock Takes.
- Work with the First Line Managers to ensure best utilization of space.
- Update the warehouse management system with stock movements.
- Report any discrepancies to Management.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role 2 years min – essential.
- Broad Operational Background in high volume order processing.
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules.
- Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions.
- Ability to count accurately and to perform simple math calculations.
- Practical knowledge of logistics software.
- Stock / Inventory experience – is desirable.
