Job Description
- The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage adherence to stores business processes to ensure governance and optimum inventory finished goods, returnable and raw materials
- Purchase orders created timely for goods and services required by warehouse
- Goods are GRN’d on receipt from suppliers and coincides with delivery note.
- Deviations from delivery notes are escalated
- Execution and adherence to FEFO Standards
- DPO & VPO compliant
- CSA audit adherence and compliance monthly
- Route settlement corrections processed
- Compliance to all stock count procedures & policies.
- Ensure Stock Master stock take procedures and Reconcile & balance stock issues on SAP.
- Accurately record all breakages and shortages in the warehouse
- Ensure issues and receipts from manufacturing is done daily and accurately recorded in SAP
- Generate stock variance report daily
- Assist with issuing and receiving of T1 and T2 distribution shipment on SAP
- Always Comply to AB-InBev Inventory Policies.
- Implementation of DPO pillars.
- Print beer age concession and attach shipment specifications.
Profile
- B.Sc / HND in relevant disciplines
- Min – 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment
- Excellent knowledge of Stock Control processes
- Problem solving ability
- Good MS Office proficiency Sound knowledge of the SAP system
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-sufficient
- Good customer ethics and interpersonal skills.
