Description
- We are recruiting for the post of Lagos Sales Team Lead to drive sales in Lagos and coordinate lagos sales team.
Job Details
- Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales target in all territories by increasing the consumer base, ensuring sales volume is at its maximum.
- Keep current with the demand and supply of the company’s products/ services, economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors.
- Attract, retain, and train quality manpower for effective delivery.
- Lead generation
- Ensure that all the key marketing projects and activities are implemented effectively.
Requirements and Qualification
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience with pharmaceutical products and services, sales of glucometer is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English and local dialects.
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills are important.
- High customer engagement and retention skills.
- Have a personal car for easy mobility
Remuneration
- Salary: N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
- Base Pay plus attractive commission.
