Job Description
- We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Robotics Instructors to join our team at our coding academy.
- The successful candidates will facilitate engaging learning experiences for students in the field of robotics, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive and hands-on lessons in Robotics, aligned with our curriculum and educational goals.
- Inspire and motivate students to engage with the subject matter, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Ensure all equipment and robotics kits are set up correctly and safely, conducting regular checks to maintain their condition.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding and skills.
- Liaise with other team members to ensure a cohesive learning journey for all students.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student Engagement: Measures how actively involved students are in the lessons. This could be assessed through observation of students during lessons, student feedback, and the level of student participation in class discussions and activities.
- Student Performance and Progress: Monitors the progress students make throughout the classes and activities. This could be evaluated through pre and post-assessments, observation of student work, and the quality of student projects.
- Lesson Delivery: Evaluates the effectiveness of lesson delivery. This is typically measured through student feedback, observation by colleagues or superiors, and the instructor’s ability to meet lesson objectives.
- Equipment Management: Assesses how effectively the instructor sets up and maintains equipment. This can be measured through regular equipment checks and observation.
- Team Collaboration: Measures the effectiveness of the instructor’s collaboration with other team members. This can be assessed through feedback from colleagues and observation of team interactions.
- By focusing on these KPIs, our Robotics Instructors can ensure they’re delivering the best possible educational experience to our students, contributing to our goal of shaping tomorrow’s tech leaders today.
