Job Title: Senior Lecturer (MBA Program)

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Senior Lecturer in our MBA program. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, a record of impactful research, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching.
• The position involves teaching, research, and service responsibilities, with a focus on enhancing the academic quality of the MBA program.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Teaching: Deliver engaging and insightful courses in the MBA program, promoting critical thinking, analytical skills, and practical application of business concepts.
• Research: Engage in rigorous and relevant research activities, contributing to the scholarly reputation of the university. Publish research findings in reputable journals and actively participate in conferences.
• Supervision: Mentor and guide graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Service: Contribute to the university community through committee work, program development, and other service activities.

Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Proven excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level.
• A strong record of research and publications in recognized academic journals.
• Experience in supervising and guiding graduate students.
• Active participation in professional organizations and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
